Our client is a well-established and growing flooring business, supplying quality flooring solutions to a diverse customer base including independent retailers, major merchant groups and national accounts.n
nWith a strong presence across Queensland and an expanding regional footprint, this is an opportunity for an energetic, commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of a significant territory from Brisbane through to Cairns and across regional Queensland.n
The Opportunity
n
nThis is a genuine territory management and business development role where relationships, activity and commercial results matter.n
nYou ll be responsible for managing established accounts, developing new business and strengthening the company's presence across Queensland.n
The territory includes:
n
nBrisbane Noosa Gympie Hervey Bay Bundaberg Rockhampton Cairns and surrounding areasn
nRegional travel is an important part of the role, with approximately 3 trips per quarter, typically involving 2 3 nights away per trip. Territory coverage can involve periods of regional travel across a 5 6 week cycle.n
Key Responsibilities:

n• Manage, retain and grow key flooring customers across Queenslandn
n• Develop new business opportunities throughout the territoryn
n• Regularly travel throughout regional Queensland to maintain customer relationshipsn
n• Manage an established portfolio across independent retailers, merchant groups and national accountsn
n• Present flooring solutions tailored to customer requirementsn
n• Identify opportunities to increase sales, market share and customer penetrationn
n• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIsn
n• Provide valuable market feedback and competitor intelligencen
n• Represent the brand professionally across the Queensland marketn
n• Attend customer meetings and relevant industry eventsn




n• Maintain a disciplined approach to CRM, pipeline management and follow-upn
About You:

n• Comfortable with regular travel throughout Queenslandn
Experience:
n
nPrevious experience in flooring, building products, interiors or another product-based sales environment will be highly regarded.n
nExperience working with independent retailers, merchant groups or national accounts will also be advantageous.n
