Job Description n
Our Williams Sonoma store in Bondi Junction is seeking a results‐driven, customer‐focused, and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, lead an outstanding team and inspire great performance. This is a permanent, full‐time position (76 hours per fortnight) on a rotating four‐week roster, with availability to work full alternate weekends as part of the roster rotation.

What You Will Be Doing n
n
Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to achieve KPIs
n
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
n
Support company promotions and sales events
n
Coach and develop team members to drive individual and team performance
n
Provide exceptional customer service to achieve world‐class service standards
n
Drive our Design Services business area by motivating associates
n
Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity, in accordance with our People‐First Philosophy
n
What You Will Bring To The Role n
n
Retail leadership experience, ideally in homewares or specialty retail
n
A passion for customer service and enhancing our customers' lives at home
n
A love to coach, mentor, inspire, and help grow your team to meet and exceed goals
n

n
Proven success in achieving results both independently and through others by creating a spirit of teamwork

Physical Requirements n
n
Ability to be mobile in the store and back‐of‐house areas, including standing for long periods
n
Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
n
Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30 kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
n
