About the Role n
Konekt Workcare is looking for self‐starting graduates to join a one‐year graduate program in Hobart. As a rehabilitation consultant, you will help Australian workers return to work and maintain well‐being.
Responsibilities n
n
Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work‐related or non‐work‐related injuries, or work‐debilitating illnesses
n
Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living
n
Conducting specialist functional and pre‐employment assessments for corporate customers (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A; testing)
n
Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests
n
Effective case management: plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return‐to‐work goals
n
Engaging with key stakeholders and building solid relationships to facilitate business objectives

Qualifications and Requirements n
n
A degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
n
Eligibility for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation upon graduation (ESSA must be Accredited Exercise Physiologist, not scientist)
n
Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in ****
n
Desirable: eligibility for Comcare accreditation
n
Current Working with Children Check and clear pre‐employment national criminal check
n
Full driver's licence (own vehicle not required)
