Job Description
Eastern Health's Women's & Children's Program at Angliss Hospital in Upper Ferntree Gully seeks a permanent, full-time Social Worker Grade 2. You will provide psychosocial assessment and intervention within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supporting women, children and families through health journey.
