Overview n
Join HammondCare as a Home Care Worker and be part of an independent, not‐for‐profit organisation improving the lives of older people. This role is based in the Ulladulla region and is available on a part‐time or casual basis.
Location & Schedule n
Ulladulla region, part‐time or casual. You must be available for 3 to 5 weekdays each week, either from *********, *********, or *********, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities n
n
Provide day‐to‐day practical care for older people, supporting their independence in their own homes.
n
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, offering companionship.
n
Travel to clients' homes using your own car, with pay of $0.99 per kilometre plus paid travel time.
n
Assist with personal tasks and support clients' daily routines.
n
Qualifications n
n
Previous experience in aged or community care, or a willingness to start a career in aged care.
n
Valid driver's licence and access to an insured, reliable car (minimum third‐party property insurance).
n
Preferred: Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, but not essential.
n
Flexible and patient, able to meet changing client needs.

Compensation & Advantages n

Hourly pay of $***** to $*****, plus $0.99/km and paid travel time.

Mobile phone provided and full training (no experience required).
