Spare Parts Interpreter / Sales Assistant / Trade Sales n
As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for selling parts on the counter, ensuring daily tasks are completed to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities n
Sell parts on the counter and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
n
Interpret customer needs and identify the correct spare parts using various reference materials and computer programs
n
Answer phone calls to Trade & Retail Customers
n
Work with the Team to Meet KPI's
n
Maintain and update the inventory system to accurately track stock and sales data
n
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
n




Participate in ongoing training and development to expand knowledge and skills
About you n
Strong experience in automotive spare parts, particularly in the second-hand market
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Experience with phone sales
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
n
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
n
Experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
n
