The Opportunity:

Support and work closely with the agency Founders and senior management team to develop and expand the client/talent base!
n
Be an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful point of contact for your clients
n
Develop and manage the sponsorship and delivery of projects for your clients, from conception to completion
n
Stay informed and up-to-date with global trends across all social platforms!
n
Support your team and ensure your key stakeholders are always informed/up-to-date
n
Budget forecasting and planning
n
n
You:
n
n
Currently live in Melbourne and have full working rights
n
Have proven experience (at least 3-4 years) working in talent management, either working within the modelling, public relations, talent or influencer management or casting industry
n
Familiar with using social platforms, including; YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch
n
Describe yourself as ambitious, motivated, switched-on and calm under pressure
n
Excellent written and oral communication skills
n
Well-networked
n
Experience using Slack and Google is ideal
n
Ability to work flexible schedule and travel is preferred
n
Must have a valid driver's license
n
