The day to day n
n
Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs
n
Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
n
Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
n
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
n
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor
n

Community or hospital OT experience

Qualifications:
Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
n
Requirement:
Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle
