A well-known global retailer is looking for a Department Manager for their Warringah Mall store.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader - or someone coming from
high-volume hospitality with strong leadership experience
- who thrives in a busy environment and loves bringing a team along with them!
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and motivating a team to delivery strong customer experiences
Driving sales, service and day-to-day department performance
Coaching and developing team members
Supporting visual merchandising and store standards
Managing a quick-paced, high-volume environment
Helping create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture
About You
Previous retail leadership experience
or




strong leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
A genuine passion for people, customer experience and team development
Comfortable working in a high-volume environment where things move quickly
Strong commercial awareness and a hands-on approach
Someone who genuinely connects with the brands values and culture
Flexible and comfortable working
either a weekend on/off roster or Tuesday-Saturday
