Assisting in maintaining financial accounts and administrative systems to ensure internal and legislative compliance
n
Accounts payable processing
n
Reconciliation of bank accounts
n
Processing payroll, ensuring compliance with legislative instruments including STP filing and superannuation obligations
n
Providing support and guidance to new and existing staff
n
General administration duties, including a willingness to embrace job diversity within the role to help the company operate efficiently
n
Occasionally working additional hours to assist during periods of staff leave, with the potential for the role to transition into a full time position in the future
n
Microsoft Office skills
n
A working knowledge of Capital Business Manager would be advantageous, but not essential
n

Have previous experience in an office and bookkeeping environment, with strong time management and organisational skills

Be highly self-motivated and able to prioritise effectively in a busy and sometimes demanding environment

Be comfortable embracing technology and contributing to business improvement initiatives
n
Have a willingness to learn new skills and assist with guided IT-related tasks as required
