About the role
Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals as a full-time Private Practice Physiotherapist in Leongatha, VIC. As a key member of our growing physiotherapy practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and treatment plans. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to make a meaningful impact within our supportive and collaborative work environment. This role is Monday to Friday only, a rarity in private practice! Other locations available!!!
What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation programs for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions
Provide hands‐on physiotherapy treatment, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and the use of specialised equipment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as GPs and specialists, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services through participation in team meetings, training, and career development activities
Pilates training (experience not necessary)
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a private practice or hospital setting




Strong clinical skills and expertise in evidence‐based physiotherapy practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high‐quality patient care
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
