Night Guest Service Agent
to join our front office team at
Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel
. This full-time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.
What you'll do n

Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and enquiries
n
Handle overnight reception duties, including reservations and payments
n
Monitor hotel security and complete nightly audits
n
Provide friendly, professional service to ensure a positive guest experience
n
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
n
Qualifications n
n
Previous experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred)
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities

Professional presentation and attention to detail

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
