The Early Parenting Centre (EPC), based in Lucas, is a dedicated facility supporting mothers, fathers, carers, families, and children up to four years of age. Grampians Early Parenting Centre delivers a comprehensive range of services through a nurse-led, multidisciplinary care team, focused on strengthening parent-child relationships and supporting families to achieve their parenting goals.
A part-time chance is available for afternoon shifts to meet the operational needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities
Reception duties and first-point-of-contact support
Patient registration and admissions
Accurate recording of patient movements
Providing general administrative support to enhance the patient experience
Skills & Experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
Adaptability and openness to change
High-level computer skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Demonstrated proficiency across a range of computer applications
