Rate: $35-$42 per hour including Super

Must reside within ***** mins from Moorebank, NSW (100% Onsite Setup)

nWe are seeking a motivated
Help Desk Support
professional to provide Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance in a Microsoft environment. This is an opportunity for someone with foundational IT experience to grow their skills while contributing to a collaborative team working fully onsite on a rotating shift roster.n
Key Responsibilities
n
n• Provide basic IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesn
n• Support and maintain cabling organisation to ensure a clean and efficient work environmentn
n• Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and audit support activitiesn
n• Document issues, solutions, and support activities accurately for future referencen
n• Work collaboratively with the team to support day-to-day IT operations in a Microsoft settingn
n Key Requirements
n




n• At least 6-12+ months experience in a Level 1 IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar support rolen
n• Solid IT support and troubleshooting skills (Level 1)n
n• Must be fully available to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts for the entire contract duration and can work 100% onsiten
n• Must have strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive, can-do attituden
n• Must live within close proximity to the site and have access to reliable
personal transport
n
n• IT-related qualification (degree or currently studying) is a plusn
