We're looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Berrimah.
What you'll be doing n
You'll take ownership of the accounts payable function from end to end — keeping things accurate, organised and moving.
n
That means:
n
n
Processing invoices, purchase orders and payment runs.
n
Keeping supplier records accurate and up to date.
n
Managing the AP inbox and Approval Max workflow.
n
Making sure invoices are correctly coded and approved.
n
Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.
n
Processing staff expense reimbursements.
n
Supporting month-end activities and reconciliations.
n
Working with managers, budget holders and suppliers to sort out queries.
n
Helping identify and prevent duplicate or incorrect payments.
n
Uploading approved payment files and reconciling transactions.
n

Basically, you'll be the person who makes sure the financial engine keeps running smoothly behind the scenes.
