Lead and manage the Mathematics Department across Years 7–12
n
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs
n
Mentor and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative department culture

Contribute to whole-school initiatives and student achievement strategies
n

The ideal Maths teacher: n
Experienced in teaching Mathematics to secondary students with strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
n
Proven leadership experience in managing a team or department
n
Skilled in curriculum planning, assessment, and innovative pedagogies
n
Passionate about inspiring students' learning and growth in Mathematics
n
Excellent communication, organisation, and team management skills
n
Current VIT registration and valid Working With Children Check
n
