Key Responsibilities Validation & Qualification Activities n
n
Coordinate, execute, document, and report validation activities supporting manufacturing, laboratory, facilities, utilities, and operational processes.
n
Support qualification activities for equipment, systems, facilities, utilities, and laboratory instruments.
n
Prepare, review,
and approve validation and qualification protocols, reports, and supporting documentation.
n
Ensure validation and qualification activities are performed in accordance with applicable procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory expectations.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver validation projects and lifecycle activities.
n
Review technical and quality documentation to support qualification, validation, and compliance objectives.
n
Maintain validation documentation systems and ensure records are accurate, complete, and inspection-ready.
n
Support ongoing monitoring and periodic review activities to verify the continued validated state of systems and processes.
n
Participate in change control activities and assess the impact of proposed changes on validated systems and processes.
n
Support technology transfer, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
n
Contribute to risk assessments, investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
n
Provide guidance and training to site personnel on validation and compliance-related activities.
n
Develop, review, and maintain controlled procedures, validation strategies, and quality documentation.
n
Stay informed of current industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving compliance expectations.
n
Support the controlled release and implementation of validated systems, equipment, and processes where required.
n
Participate in internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
n
Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and technical teams to support compliant operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
