UBI Painting is a second-generation family business with over 25 years in the industry, specialising in premium residential repaints, architectural homes and detailed restoration projects across Melbourne's Bayside, Inner South/East and Mornington Peninsula.
With a solid pipeline of projects ahead, we are looking for two highly experienced and qualified painters to join our team long-term.
We work on premium homes where attention to detail matters. Workmanship, reliability, professionalism and culture fit are all essential.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role is for experienced career painters with a minimum of 8 years' professional painting experience and a high-level understanding of the trade.
You must be confident in:
Premium residential repaints and architectural new builds
High-level interior and exterior preparation
Detailed restoration and rectification work
Consistently high-quality brush and roller finishes
Sharp, accurate and efficient cutting-in
Professional masking, protection and site preparation
Machine sanding and dust-extraction systems
Identifying defects and determining the correct preparation and rectification process
Strong knowledge of different substrates, coating systems and correct application methods
Assessing existing surfaces and determining the appropriate preparation and coating system required
Understanding coating compatibility, recoat requirements and long-term coating performance
Working efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship
Working independently and taking responsibility for the quality of your own work
Professional spray experience and experience with Festool equipment will be highly regarded.
