Job Description
Lancemore Macedon Ranges is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our F&B; team across weddings, conferences and events. Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner with the Executive Chef and leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive commercial performance.

You will lead hands-on service, coach your team, manage labour and costs, and work across peak event periods to maintain high standards and drive revenue growth.
