experience.

Permanent Full Time | Tuesday - Saturday Roster
What You'll Be Doing: n
n
Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
n
Becoming
BRA-FIT certified
to provide expert fitting guidance
n
Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
n
Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
n
Implementing
Bendon's Visual Merchandising
standards within the MYER PAD
n
Analyzing
sales data, reporting, and rosters
to optimize store performance
n
Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
n
