An excellent prospect is available for a Junior Property Manager to join a highly regarded, close-knit agency in Melbourne's Inner East.
n
This role would suit an Assistant or developing Property Manager who presents professionally, communicates well and is ready to learn. You'll manage a local portfolio of approximately 130 properties, with support from an experienced team.

The Role n
With support around you, you'll develop across:
n

Day-to-day portfolio management
n
Rental provider and renter relationships
n
Maintenance coordination
n
Routine, entry and exit inspections
n
Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
Arrears and tenancy matters
n
VCAT processes and compliance
n
About You n
You may currently be an Assistant Property Manager, Junior Property Manager or experienced Leasing Consultant looking to take the next step.
n We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Professional, polished and a strong communicator
n
Genuinely eager to learn and develop
n
Organised with strong attention to detail
n
Positive, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility
n
Experienced within residential real estate or Property Management
n
Victorian real estate qualified with a driver's licence and vehicle
n
n
You don't need to know everything from day one. What matters most is having the right foundation, presentation and attitude to develop into a strong Property Manager.
