The Role:

nThis is an prospect to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring construction timelines are achieved efficiently and effectively.n
n• Manage project schedules and timelines for single & double storey homesn
n• Coordinate procurement, materials, and purchasing requirementsn
n• Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractorsn
n• Monitor progress and proactively resolve scheduling challengesn
n• Support process improvements to enhance efficiencyn
About You:
n
n• Residential construction scheduling experience (WA experience ideal, Eastern States considered)n
n• Experience across single or double-storey homesn
n• Strong understanding of construction timelines, procurement, and building processesn
n• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and organised approachn
n• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersn
