Responsibilities:n

nfor U.S. Veterans. ·n

nReview and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal. ·n

nAccurately document exam findings and complete the required VA forms. ·n
n
nProviden

nmedical opinionsn

nbased on your assessment findings. Note:n

nThis role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication.n
