What you'll be doing n

Supervising and mentoring the kitchen staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment

Ensuring consistent adherence to food preparation, presentation, and service standards

Enhancing the existing menu offerings
n
Managing inventory, controlling costs, and implementing food waste reduction strategies
n
Working in conjunction with the front-of-house team to provide seamless customer service.

What we're looking for n

Minimum 2 years as Head Chef or similar senior role
n
Formal culinary training or qualifications
n
Expertise in Asian cuisines and techniques
n
Strong leadership and team management skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service focus

Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
