Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients Australia wide, Turner & Townsend are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the ANZ Talent Team in Darwin, Perth, Sydney or Adelaide.
Job Description n
n
Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire
n
Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
n
Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
n
Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
n
Manage all communication with candidates from
application/approach
until offer acceptance
n
Update applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
n
Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance
n
Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.

Professionally qualified in a relevant field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists

Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
