Join the dynamic team at proRAD as a full-time Medical Receptionist (Radiology) based in Melbourne's West. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing all front-of-house duties and ensuring a positive patient experience. With a focus on excellent customer service, this position is integral to the smooth operation of the radiology clinic.
What you'll be doing n
n
Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
n
Booking appointments and managing patient schedules
n
Handling patient inquiries and providing information about services and procedures
n
Preparing and maintaining patient files and medical records
n
Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and data entry
n
Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are well-presented and organised
n
Providing general support to the radiology team as required
n
What we're looking for n
n
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or medical receptionist role
n




Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients from diverse backgrounds
n
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy clinic environment
n
Proficient in using medical software and standard office technology
n
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (desirable)
n
