Levitate Recruitment have been commissioned by this growing Insolvency Specialist to find them an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join their Insolvency and Restructuring team as a Senior Insolvency Administrator.

Role:
n
n
Reporting to the IP, you will manage cases of various sizes and complexity which will include Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and Bankruptcies.
n
Managing case delivery incorporating pre-appointment, progression and closure.
n
Liaise with Directors, Shareholders, Creditors, Accountants, Solicitors and Agents both pre and post-appointment.
n
Understanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company's business.
n
Providing regular progress reports to the manager.
n
Preparation of documents for the board, shareholder and creditors meetings and consent procedures.
n
Preparing for and attending creditors meetings.
n
Managing asset valuation and realisation.
n
Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
n
Attending clients' sites to secure the premises and/or assets where necessary.
n
Report to IP on a regular basis on case progression and any compliance issues identified
n
Maintaining IPS case diaries and IPS setup.
n
Training of and delegation to junior staff.
n




Monitoring job WIP and costs to budget
n
Closing cases including preparation of final reports and accounts, and statutory filing with Registrar
n
Prospect to assist with the firm's marketing activities
n
n
Staff development is key for this practice; as well as ongoing internal training they will provide support for external training and qualifications.
n
Requirements:
n
n
At least 4 years experience of in corporate insolvency within the UK.
n
CPI Qualified would be advantageous.
n
The right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
n
n
