Opened in April, Julietta is a 40-seater neighbourhood Italian restaurant and wine bar in South Yarra from the people behind Melbourne dining institution, Mamasita. High energy, warm service, outstanding food and drinks, no pretentiousness.

Our small but well-formed menu is pasta- and antipasti-led, with a focus on everything made in-house using the very best local and imported ingredients. While we're a small venue, we're a busy venue, so we carefully balance speed with precision and care in everything we prepare.
About You: n
We're seeking an experienced CDP that brings:
n
At least 2-years in a CDP or Senior CDP role
n
Experience in a skilled, high-volume kitchen
n




Highly organised and maintain order in the kitchen throughout services, setting services up for success
n
Ability to work in a small kitchen with a small team
n
A relentless passion and love for hospitality
n
Experience with pasta is highly advantageous
n
