What You'll Do? n
n
Provide high-quality agronomic and technical advice to growers across the region.
n
Conduct on-farm visits and deliver practical recommendations tailored to customer needs.
n
Drive product sales both in-store and on-farm.
n
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with existing customers.
n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through superior agronomic insight and customer service.
n
Develop pasture, crop nutrition, crop protection and farm management plans.
n
Identify opportunities to grow sales and deliver value-added solutions.
n
Share relevant technical, seasonal and market insights to improve farm productivity and sustainability.
n
Stay current with the latest production practices, technologies and agronomic innovations.
n
Coordinate and participate in field days, trials and grower events, positioning yourself as a trusted local advisor.
n
What You'll Bring? n
n
Proven agronomy experience, ideally within pasture, livestock, grazing or mixed farming systems.
n
Demonstrated capability in sales planning, call cycle management and customer growth.
n
Solid understanding of crop nutrition, fertiliser and crop protection products.
n
Ability to build trusted relationships and provide practical on-farm advice.
n




Commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
A genuine passion for Australian agriculture and helping growers succeed.
n
A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science (or a related discipline).
n
A current driver's licence.
