The Role n
30 horticulture workers are required starting August **** up to nine months across properties in Leeton and Griffith, NSW. Workers must be available to work 5-7 days per week between 6am to 2 pm, though this may change from time to time. Hours of work may vary daily with the demands, averaging 30 hours per week. Wages will be paid under the Horticulture Award **** at the Level 1 Casual hourly award rate ($***** per hour). This work is indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and involves picking, packing and general crop management of grapes, citrus and vegetables.
About you / Criteria n

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
n
Availability and ability to stay for the entire duration (9 months).
n




Ability to work flexible schedule as rosters may vary.
n
A reliable positive attitude toward work with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
n
The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
n
Be physically fit and self-motivated as you may be on your feet for extended periods and required to perform repetitive manual tasks.
n

Have a driver's licence and reliable transport.
