Kinetic is undergoing a large transformation program and seeks experienced Business Analysts to analyse business processes across Payroll, HR and Finance. You will document requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, develop project documentation, and facilitate workshops.

You will support testing, map processes, and help implement recent business processes while monitoring benefits and risks throughout the program.
