Job Description
Healthscope Independence Services (HIS) is seeking a passionate Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality care to clients in Supported Independent Living (SIL) within the NDIS framework. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement to help clients achieve independence.

The role requires Certificate IV in Disability or related qualification and a minimum of 1 year experience in disability or healthcare services.
