The role & team n
Working closely with experienced Corporate Partners, you will advise on a broad range of complex transactions and commercial arrangements for an established client base.
n
Your work will include mergers and acquisitions, share and asset transactions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, investment arrangements and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
n
At the more senior level, you will also have opportunities to supervise junior lawyers,
manage matters and client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Experience required n

Approximately 4–8 years PAE in corporate law
n
Robust mergers and acquisitions and transactional experience
n
Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial skills
n
Confidence dealing directly with clients
