To support our rapid scale, we're seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our high-performing technology team and take ownership of our test automation strategy, frameworks and quality practices across our technology platforms.
What You'll Do
As our Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll:
Own and maintain the overall test automation strategy and frameworks
Lead automated regression, API, integration and end-to-end testing
Perform exploratory and manual testing where required
Work closely with Developers and Technical Leads to embed quality earlier in the software development lifecycle
Establish testing standards and quality gates across software releases
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and continually improve automation coverage
Lead defect identification, investigation and root-cause analysis
Monitor testing outcomes and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
Drive continuous improvement across testing tools, processes and practices
Provide technical leadership and mentor QA engineers
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a Senior QA Automation, QA Lead or QA management role
Strong hands‐on experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
Experience across web, mobile, API and integration testing
Strong knowledge of regression, integration and end-to-end testing
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile software development environments
Solid understanding of APIs, databases and modern software development practices
Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers
Strong technical leadership and problem‐solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on software quality
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced development environment
