Canberra Health Services in Canberra is seeking a Registered Nurse Level 3 Grade 1 to join the after-hours community care leadership team.
You will coordinate urgent referrals, support complex clinical decision-making, and provide expert guidance to nurses across the region to ensure patients access high-quality care at home.
This part-time position is 26 hours per week with pro-rata full time salary.
