The Role – What You'll Do n
Install, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems
n
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on‐site and in the workshop
n
Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
n
Work safely in line with industry and company procedures
n
Support a team committed to getting the job done right the first time
Who We're Looking For n
Entry Level:




n
A strong work ethic, a safety‐first mindset, and mechanical aptitude
n
Background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is a bonus
n
Willing to learn and grow into a long‐term career
n
Experienced:
n
Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward it
n
Proven experience in splicing, installing, and servicing belts
n
Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes
The Essentials n
Manual driver's licence (HR an advantage)
n
Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 43 medical
n
Willing to live within 45 minutes of Muswellbrook (this is not a FIFO/DIDO role)
n
Must be clean‐shaven for medical (Order 43 requirement)
