This temporary full time role offers hands-on experience in a family-owned winery renowned for premium wines and a warm, coastal climate.
You will oversee vintage winemaking from fruit intake to fermentation, prepare cellar notes, conduct wine analyses, and work across winery operations.
A degree in Oenology, at least one vintage, and familiarity with Vintrace are preferred; weekends and shift
