Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee back-of-house operations, including stock control, merchandising coordination, and client services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will lead a small team, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth receiving and shipping function.
The role requires flexibility and solid communication to support service standards.
