, to deliver and assess nationally recognised training across high-risk, electrical, first aid and utility sectors.

This role is suited to experienced trainers who are looking to work on a flexible basis (contract or casual). You will:
n
n
n
n
n
Prepare and deliver engaging, compliant training in line with the relevant training package (listed below)
n
n
Ensure appropriate equipment and resources are used for all practical assessments
n
n
Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and reports
n
n
Comply with RTO policies, ASQA standards and industry licensing requirements
n
n
Support RPL processes and gap assessments where applicable
n
n
Liaise professionally with clients and participants during delivery
n
n
n
n
nAbout you n
n
Essential requirements include:
n
n
n
n
n
Current TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE***** with upgrades)
n




n
Vocational competencies and industry experience in the below units
n
n
Certifications and / or licences where necessary
n
n
Electrical industry experience and/or relevant licensing where appropriate
n
n
Ability to travel and deliver intrastate and interstate across our various sites
n
n
Valid driver's licence and access to transport
n
n
Have your own laptop and/or iPad/tablet
n
n
n
n
n
As well as experience in one or more of the following:
n
n
n
n
n
ESI or utility sector experience
n
n
High-risk work licence
n
n
Experience delivering training for clients
n
n
First Aid Units (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011)
n
n
Work Health and Safety
&
Traffic Control Units (MSMWHS217, RIIWHS204E, RIIWHS205E, RIIWHS302E)
n
n
Electrical Supply Industry (ESI) – Distribution Overhead (UETDRDO003, UETDRDO004)
n
n
Electrical Safety Awareness (UETDREL006)
n
n
Access Authorities and Safety Rules (UETDRMP001, UETDRMP002)
n
n
Rescue Units - ESI Focused (UETDRMP003, UETDRMP004, UETDRMP005, UETDRMP006, UETDRMP007, UETDRMP008, UETDRMP010)
