Job Description
Nando's is seeking a Head of Design to shape restaurant environments across Australia and Current Zealand. You will lead design for new builds, relocations and refurbishments, balancing creativity with commercial outcomes and working with a wide network of architects and partners.

You'll report to the Chief Development Officer and oversee a Design Coordinator, driving innovation across formats and ensuring adherence to brand standards while localising for ANZ markets.
