You know your way around a portafilter better than your own kitchen. You treat dialing in the grind like a science, milk texturing like an art form, and the waves of Bondi rushes like an exciting challenge rather than a crisis. The Daily Grind (Responsibilities) n
Master the Machine:
Expertly dial in, brew, and pour consistently flawless coffees under pressure.

Be the Vibe:
Greet regulars by name,



welcome newcomers like you are welcoming your besties mum and bring an infectious, positive energy to the floor.
n
Keep it Clean:
Maintain a clean machine and organised workstation because a clean station is a happy station.
n
Team Player:
Perform general café duties, running orders, or ringing up sales on the Square POS when the queue demands it. You may need to play Toastie DJ sometimes too. Whatever your team needs to keep those happy feels going.

Work alongside a passionate, tight-knit team that actually likes each other.
What We're Looking For n
Minimum
(1-2+ years)
of hands-on commercial barista experience with specialty coffee in a rapid-paced environment.
n
Flawless milk-texturing skills and confident basic latte art.
n
A friendly, resilient attitude and exceptional communication skills.
n
Flexibility to work
(weekend shifts / early mornings)
