Ambition Health Group (AHG) is seeking a dedicated Rostering Officer in Werribee to organise rosters across disability, aged care and community services. You will coordinate staff allocations against service requirements, using availability, qualifications and client preferences to ensure secure, reliable coverage.
Working with Operations, HR and clinical teams, you will publish rosters, respond to cancellations, monitor capacity and escalate safety concerns.
