What you'll do n

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking parts for their vehicles, providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance.

Accurately identify parts and accessories needed for various vehicle makes and models using parts catalogs and electronic systems.
n
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department or directly to customers.
n
Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
n
Collaborate with service technicians to determine parts requirements for repairs and maintenance tasks.
n
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders or availability in a professional manner.
n
Assist in the management of returns and exchanges of parts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and changes in vehicle technology to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills related to automotive parts and customer service.

Requirements n

High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
n
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a parts department or similar role within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems, with the ability to identify components accurately.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to inventory management and parts ordering.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory levels.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
