Customer Service Officer
to join our Bega team.

What You'll Do n
Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.

Assist with everyday banking enquiries, transactions, and support members to use our products and services with confidence.

Build positive relationships with our members and contribute to a warm, inclusive branch environment.

Participate in local community activities that reflect our values and connection to the region.

A friendly, people-focused communicator who enjoys helping others.

Someone who is confident working in a small, close-knit team.
n
Customer service or retail experience is ideal. Banking experience is helpful but
not essential
— we'll provide full training.
