Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) is seeking a Radiology Bookings Team Leader to oversee the Geelong Booking Centre, combining hands-on radiology bookings with leadership responsibilities.
You will supervise the team, drive performance, and ensure high booking quality, workflow efficiency and patient experience.
Experience leading bookings or call-centre teams, knowledge of RIS/PACS, and robust reporting skills are essential.
