Job Description
We're currently representing a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of
retail fitout, refurbishment and recent build projects
across Melbourne's Bayside and South-East.n
nWe're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to take ownership of projects valued between
$1M-$10M
, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes from start to finish.n
CA's ready to step into Project Management are also encouraged to apply.

Manage retail
fitout, refurbishment and new build projects
valued $1M-$10M
n
Take ownership of project delivery, programme, budget and client relationships
n
Work alongside an experienced construction team with strong support and career progression
n
Opportunity to build on your existing experience and step into larger and more complex projects
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience delivering
commercial retail
fitout/refurbishment
projects
n
New build experience highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of project delivery, subcontractor management and programming
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
Contracts Administrators ready to take the next step into a PM role are encouraged to apply
