You will translate business needs into technical requirements, write user stories, and create processes and diagrams to support end-to-end onboarding with Product, Engineering and Deployment teams.
You will collaborate with ITSM processes, analyze metrics, and identify automation opportunities.
The role requires an informatics background and NV1 clearance, based in Canberra, Australia.
