Part-Time Appointment Setter (Melbourne, Hybrid)

GrowthArk — a Melbourne GTM consultancy helping B2B firms build scalable revenue systems — is seeking an experienced appointment setter to keep our calendar full of qualified sales meetings.
n
What you'll do ****** hrs/week)
n
n
Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with our Instantly + Clay lists
n
Qualify prospects against clear ICP criteria and book meetings via Calendly/HubSpot
n
Send reminders, reschedule no-shows, and maintain clean CRM notes
n
Share quick insights on reply rates and objections so we can refine messaging
n
n
What you bring
n
n
2+ years' B2B appointment-setting / SDR success (agency or SaaS a plus)
n
Confident phone skills and crisp written copy
n
Hands-on with HubSpot, Sales Nav, Instantly (or similar)
n
Able to work live during AEST business hours; Melbourne based with Australian work rights
n
n
