We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Kitchen Hands and Cleaners to support an aged care facility in Hervey Bay, QLD for a short-term assignment of approximately ***** days.

Kitchen Hand
n
We are looking for a Kitchen Hand with previous aged care experience to assist with the day-to-day operation of the facility kitchen.
n
Key responsibilities:
n • Assist with basic food preparation and meal service
n • Prepare and plate meals as required
n • Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
n • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
n • Follow food safety, hygiene and infection control procedures
n • Assist the kitchen team with general duties as required
n
Requirements:
n • Previous Kitchen Hand experience in an aged care environment is required
n • Food Safety knowledge is highly regarded
n • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n • Reliable, hardworking and able to work well within a team
n • Availability for the full assignment period

Cleaner
n




We are also seeking a reliable Cleaner to assist with maintaining a clean, secure and hygienic aged care environment.
n
Key responsibilities:
n • Cleaning resident rooms and common areas
n • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
n • Following infection control and workplace health and safety procedures
n • Completing general cleaning duties as required
n
Requirements:
n • Previous cleaning experience
n • Aged care or healthcare cleaning experience is highly regarded
n • Strong attention to detail
n • Reliable and professional work ethic
n • Availability for the required assignment period
n
