Animal Emergency Service (AES) Canberra

About the Role
At AES Canberra, part of the Animal Emergency Australia (AEA) network, you'll work at the forefront of emergency medicine, delivering life-saving care when it matters most.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled ECC nurse looking for greater impact and autonomy or an experienced GP nurse seeking to transition to ECC.
Hands on triage, pathology, radiography, treatments, surgery, and patient care

Varied and high-acuity cases, from trauma and ticks to GDVs, snake bites and more
About You
2+ years clinical experience (ECC highly regarded but not essential)
Flexibility to work a mix of nights, overnights, weekends and holidays
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach
You bring a growth mindset, love learning current skills and best-practice methods
Committed to providing quality care within an open hospital model
Be part of an on-call roster, picking up one shift a month
